Supply:

Main Site: Supply of a mechanical excavator - loader, with toggle kits, and loader and pedestrian hydraulics, with hydraulic installation for bridging operation, bpa cabin air conditioner and a smooth-running system with an engine power of about 110HP with diesel fuel.

The commission budget for the first group amounts, for example, to the sum of EUR 105 000, 00 plus 25 200, 00 EUR for VAT 24%. In total, that is, € 130 200.00 and will be charged to the Budget of the Municipality of Platanias for the financial year 2019.

The Economyentities involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their State of establishmentor satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union, in relation to public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in corresponding business or commercial registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be enrolled in the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.
