The offer includes the following main services:

- Sweeping and cleaning of occupied and unprocessed areas,

- Bekaempelse a- Cleaning of waste baskets,

- Cleaning of boards, edge panels, basins and other equipment,

- Removal of graffiti,

- Maintenance of road equipment,

- Removal of forceps,

- Up / dismantling of disability disaster.

The contract is expected to enter into force 1.10.2018. The contract is valid until 30 September 2020.

Tenderer must provide information on grounds relating to convictions, suspicionsthose relating to taxes, taxes or social security contributions, as well as grounds relating to conflicts of interest, distortion of competition and false information. The tenderer must disclose this in ESPD Section III; "Grounds for exclusion".

Note: Tenderers who are subject to a mandatory grounds for exclusion under section 135-136 of the Public Procurement Act will be excluded from participation and will-not considered unless the tenderer submits documentation to be trustworthy, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act. Similarly, tenderers who are covered by one of the optional grounds for exclusion referred to in section 137 of the Public Procurement Act will be excluded from participation and will not be considered, unless the tenderer submits documentation to be trustworthy, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.

Documentation: The tenderer who wishes to be awarded the contract must, on request (and not as part of the offer) submit a service certificate (Danish companies) or equivalent documentation (foreign companies) as proof that the tenderer is not in one of the grounds for exclusion referred to above.

The contracting entity will accept service certificates issuedt after 1.2.2018.

The contracting entity will accept documentation regarding the above grounds for exclusion, dated later than 1.2.2018.

With the offer, a completed and signed ESPD must be provided. Part II A and B, Part III, Part IVa, Part VI, must be completed.

The total tender material is downloaded from www.mercell.com and stored locally on the computer at the bidder. Then an online form can be obtained at this address: https://ec.europa.eu/tools/espd

When the offerer has chosen "I am economic actor, choose import ESPD" and under "upload document" is browses up to the tender documents and it predictedpoured ESPD form as XML file (ESPD file as pdf attached for orientation). Then the form can be completed online. Finally (or on the way), the form can be saved on its own computer as an XML file, which can be further processed later. Once the form is completed, select at the bottom of the form "overview" where it is possible to print or save a pdf file.

The contracting entity does not issue control orders.

The contract does not include business transfer. In the present case, the Contractor has assessed that no tangible assets and / or employees are transferred. However, the question of the application of the Business Transfer Act will depend on the future contractor's organization and staffing of the assignment, and the Contractor can not be addressed-responsible for this ..
