Integrated Water Supply and Water Supply System and Water Supply System, Municipality of Vrilissia (supply and installation).

It is detailed in Annex I of the Declaration. It concerns supply and installationthe integrated water system control and management system, and pumping stations of the Municipality of Vrilissia (goods and services).

Electronic Water Meters - Local Water Supply Stations - Local Tank Stations / Pumping Stations - Local Domestic Pressure Metering Stations - Local Stations for Measuring Supply, Pressure and Quality Internal Network Features - Local Stations for EvolutionIndoor network pressure management - Wireless communication network - Local Leak Detection Stations - Portable leak detection equipment - Hardware - software - Electromechanical equipment installation services, training of personnel of the competent department of the Municipality of Vrilissia in the operation of the system, documentation and testoperation of the whole system after the completion of the installation of the equipment, which provides for 24-hour monitoring of system operation, damage recovery, etc.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial or industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply.

The eclegal entities established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers maintained in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area(EEA) or to third countries that have acceded to the SBS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required toare registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material.

Economic agents are required to have:

credit rating. It is sufficient, as proof of credit, that borrowing (financing and lending) is at least 20% of the estimated value of the contract without VAT. and certifiesby a letter from a lawful competent body stating that he is cooperating with the tenderer and examining his application for funding, even if he is a contractor. This document should clearly indicate what amount is allocated to the economic operator for financing and lending to determine whether it meets the required credit standing requirements of the- the average total turnover of the last 3 financial years declared (cumulative years 2015, 2016 and 2017), at least equal to the estimated value of the contract net of VAT, and

- not have a negative balance sheet result more than once for the last three financial years reported (years 2015, 2016 and 2017)
