General planning for the renewal of the Arbon lake waterworks

The subject of this tender is the general planning for the renewal of the Arbon seawater works based on the existing project fundamentals. The order includes in particular the services for the wholeProject planning (SIA phase 3), the tender for the necessary deliveries and work (SIA phase 4) and all services for the realization of the project (SIA phase 5) such as the execution project, the construction and specialist construction management as well as the execution monitoring and acceptance. Detailed information on the content and scope of the services to be provided is available to the project and service managerchrieb.

The subject of this call is the general planning for the renewal of the Arbon lake waterworks based on the existing project fundamentals. The order includes in particular the services for the entire project planning (SIA phase 3), the tender for the necessary deliveries and work (SIA phase 4) and all services for the implementationof the project (SIA phase 5) such as the execution project, the construction and specialist construction management as well as the execution monitoring and the acceptance tests. Detailed information on the content and scope of the services to be provided can be found in the project and service description.

Partial offers are not permitted.

Requirements for non-WTO countries: The general terms of contractare based on the provisions in the draft contract (see documents).

Negotiations: Price negotiations are excluded.

Other information: The project perimeter will be viewed on Monday, March 30th, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Participation in the tour is mandatory. The confirmation of participation will be issued to the participating companies during the tour. The attendance certificateThe tender must be enclosed. Instructions on legal remedies: A complaint can be lodged in writing against this announcement within 10 days of publication at the administrative court of the canton of Thurgau, Frauenfelderstrasse 16, 8570 Weinfelden. The notice of appeal must be submitted in duplicate, it must include an application and demust contain justification. The contested tender must be enclosed. The evidences called must be clearly identified and, if possible, enclosed. There are no judicial vacations.
