Lantern Waste Water Treatment Plant - Assistance and Medium Municipality of Komotini.

The project relates to the construction of the Lantern Wastewater Treatment Plant, Assistance and Medium Beach, with a capacity of 4, 930 K, with the possibility of immediate extension and disposal project, according to the approved study. Project includes:

Main Site: Project will eperformed in the area of Fanarios Mesiou Prefecture, D.C. Aigirou of the Municipality of Komotini, of N. Rodopi, Eastern Region. Macedonia and Thrace, GREECE.

The project falls under the category of hydraulic works (budget 890 796.39 EUR), in the category of construction works (budget 593 864.26 EUR), in the category of electromechanical projects (budget 1 500 033.43 EUR) and downwater and waste water treatment projects (budget EUR 1 000 022.28). Total budget 3 984 716.35 EUR (expense of works, OH and OE, and unforeseen)

The project concerns the construction of the Lantern, Assistance and Medium Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant, with a capacity of 4, 930 kA, capable of immediate expansion and disposal project, according to the approved study. The playincludes:

- the preparation and any kind of supplementary study and research, and the study of the implementation of E / M projects; Phanariou,

- supply and installation of all electrical and mechanical equipment of EEL,

- complete construction of the service building and ancillary works, according to the approved study,

- commissioning and completion tests,

- trial run of the project by the contractor for a period of six (6) months. 6 months, and will deliver it in full and normal operation, according to AEDO ..

As far as suitability is concerned, For economic activity, economic operators are required to be registered in the relevant professional register kept in their country of establishment. Particularly bidders established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Contractor Registry (MEEP) or the Public Works Contractor (MIEED), in the category (s). of the projectArticle 21 of the Declaration.

Bidders established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in the Registers of Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

With regard to economic and financial standing, Bodies involved for the categories of projects: Plumbing, and waste cleaning and treatment, musthold at least one hundred thousand euros (EUR 100 000, 00) of own funds when bidding, fixed assets of at least fifty thousand euros (EUR 50, 000.00) and a minimum turnover of three hundred thousand euros (EUR 300, 000.00) in the last three years . The definitions of the elements are made in accordance with those of article 51 of the Presidential Decree. 71 / 19.

As regards economic and financial eParcels, economic operators participating in the category of construction projects must have at least fifty thousand euros (EUR 50, 000.00) equity or fixed assets of at least fifty thousand euros (EUR 50, 000.00) when bidding. . They must also have a minimum turnover of three hundred and fifty thousand euros (EUR 150, 000.00) in the last three years. TheDefinitions of the data are made in accordance with those of article 51 of the Presidential Decree. 71 / 19.

As regards economic and financial standing, economic operators participating in the category of electromechanical projects must have at least three hundred and seventy-five thousand Euros (EUR 375 000.00) of equity at the time of bidding, fixed assets worth at least one hundred etwenty-five thousand euros (EUR 125 000, 00) and a minimum turnover of three years seven hundred and fifty thousand euros (EUR 750 000, 00). The definitions of the elements are made in accordance with those of article 51 of the Presidential Decree. 71 / 19.

It is emphasized that any reference to this article to provisions of Presidential Decree no. 71/2019, solely for the purpose of describing the requirements for participation in this competition.Therefore, economic operators who fulfill the selection criteria herein may participate in this award procedure, irrespective of their enrollment in the HHEHL classes., shall not exceed the maximum permissible limits of the contractual balance in accordance with the specific conditionspursuant to article 20 par. 4 of Law 3669/2008, as in force. For contracting companies registered with the UNHCR, they should not exceed the maximum permissible backlog of contracts, in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 of the Presidential Decree no. 71/2019, as applicable
