The subject of the order is the extension of the sludge treatment station along with the necessary technical infrastructure at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Pomorzany.
1. BeforeThe order's sludge together with the necessary technical infrastructure at the Sewage Treatment Plant Pomorzany in accordance with the Functional and Functional Program (PFU) carried out by the orderer constituting Annex No. 3 to the SETC
2. In particular, the scope of the order includes: - Construction of a closed fermentation chamber with a capacity of approx. 5, 000 m3 with a biogas reception system andNecessary safeguards.
Construction of a staircase with piers connecting the domes of the new and currently operated chambers.
Armature, pumps, heat exchangers, macerators, pipelines enabling feeding, circulation and heating, and sludge collection. Due to the lack of space in the existing room of the engine room fermentation chambers for devices for serving, circulation and heating oit is necessary to make a new technical building located next to the newly designed chamber.
Installation of the dryer and siloxane filter for biogas located in the newly designed technical building.
Installation for accepting flotation flotation from sewage treatment plant consisting of: straining devices, excess water drainage, mixing and homogenization installations with heated sludge from the chamber, -heating and feeding the mixture to the fermentation chambers. In addition, a dosing system for the fat dissolving substance should be provided. • Measurement of the heat distribution unit - heat meter.
Electrical installation and AKPiA with visualization in the SCADA program of the sewage treatment plant and the superior sewage system.
Analysis of cooperation with existing installations - biogas, thermal, gas generators, water, etc. project and construction works to the extent necessary for the correct operation of three fermentation chambers (new and two existing).
Reconstruction of the overflow chambers of the existing WKF - to get more flexibility of operating and reacting with variable parameters of the fermentation process (leveling of observed phenomena of sludge ejection)fermentation).
Conditions according to the order documents.
The contractor who meets the following conditions for participation in the economic or financial situation may apply for the award of the contract.
1. The proceedings are conducted in an unlimited tender procedure.
2. A contractor who is not subject to exclusion in circumstances may apply for the contractreferred to in:
1) art. 24 sec. 1 item 12) - 23) of the Act;
2) art. 24 sec. 5 points 1), 2), 4) and 8) of the Act - 3. The list of documents that should be submitted in the procedure and the rules for their submission are specified in Chapter V of the TOR 4. The offer binding period is 60 days.
