The subject of the public procurement is the performance of the service" Carrying out laundry services for the needs of "U""Kanev" Hospital in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No 12 of 16.11.2018 on the health requirements to the public laundries If the participant did not comply with the requirements of sections II and III of the above-mentioned normative act, they should meet the requirements of Ordinance No 37 of 16 October 1995 on hygiene requirements for the construction and operation ofPublic Laundry Services and Ordinance No. 3 of 8 May 2013 on the Validation of a Medical Standard on the Prevention and Control of Inpatient Infections - The service subject to this order is described in detail in Appendix 8 "Technical Specifications" of the documentation for participation. The Contractor shall perform the service in accordance with Annex 8 "Technical Specifications" of the documentation for participation, with his ownmaterials and means. The participant should perform the offered service, subject of the present order, in a facility which meets the health and hygiene requirements, qualitatively and according to Ordinance No. 12 of 16.11.2018 on the health requirements to the public laundries. In case the participant did not comply with the requirements of sections II and III of the saidmust meet the requirements of Ordinance No 37 of 16 October 1995 on hygiene requirements for the design and operation of public laundries.
