Supply, Implementation and Maintenance of Automated Text Transcription and Alignment (TAAT) Solution (2018an-27 Framework Agreement)

Framework Agreement is aimed at setting up and using automated speech-to-text and text / sound alignment services accessible as inforWeb service type, support and maintenance, provision of solution evolutions and additional training and support services.

The purpose of the framework agreement is to set up and use automatic speech transcription services in France. texand text / sound alignment accessible in the form of Web service computer interfaces, support and maintenance, provision of solution evolutions and additional training and support services. Subsequent contracts taken on the basis of the framework agreement are mainly settled by application of fixed prices. However, the subsequent marketsdefined in sections 5.2.5 and 5.2.6 of the SCC may be remunerated at unit prices. (see consultation rules)

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their professional, technical and financial ability to execute the contract in view of their main characteristics.

1) Application letter: prints DC1 (available at URL address following: https: //www.economie.gouv.fr/cedef/formulaires-marches-publics or equivalent document). In the case of a group application, only one application letter will be drawn up for the whole group; it will be informed and signed by all members of the group; it will specify the nature of the grouping and designate an agent;

2) copy of the judgment (s) pronounced if the candidate is in receivership;

3)declaration on the honor of the candidate justifying that he does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition of tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n - 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relative to the public markets (model of declaration annexed to the present rules of the consultation)

4) statement concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the supplies and servicesices to which the market is referred within the last three years available;

(5) statement indicating the average annual manpower of the candidate and the importance of the management staff, within the limits of the last three years;
