1. The subject of the orders includes: "Provision of comprehensive holo servicestransporting (transporting) car, motorbike or other vehicles, as well as car, motorbike and other parts as well as items secured by the Police for procedural purposes, in the area of operation of Police units in the province Lubuskie o DMC up to 16 tons. "

1.The subject matter of the orders includesthe following activities:

a) acceptance of the order by the Contractor (accepting orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), the Contractor`s response time from the moment of accepting the order to the moment of taking the service (departure of the tug) within a specified time up to 15 minutes. (The indicated reaction time is the maximum time, however, the Contractor may offer a shorter time per ruledescribed in the relevant tender criteria in such a situation, the proposed time will be given in the relevant contract);

b) tug boat arrival to the indicated place of call (event) and service implementation from the moment of taking over the order in a maximum time up to 80 minutes (indicated time access is the maximum time, however the Contractor may offer a shorter time onthe rules described in the criterion for the evaluation of offers in such a situation will be given in the relevant contract);

c) undertaking all activities related to pulling the vehicle onto the road, enabling its loading immediately after the completion of work by the officers on the scene of the vehicle towing and unloading on site indicated in the instruction, to the one indicated by the Policeplace of parking of a motor vehicle, motorcycle (car, motorbike or bicycle parts);

d) the service can not exceed 180 minutes in total. (time of carriage) from the moment of its implementation at the place of the event, unless the officer in charge of the action allows and agrees to extend the time by noting this fact on the instruction printprovided to the Contractor, e) The service is provided in particular by: - loading and unloading of the vehicle, as well as parts and other items left in the vehicle, both its equipment and equipment, but secured by the Police for the purpose of the proceedings in connection with the matter resulting from the event,

- collecting lice from the place of the eventof the items indicated by the police officers immediately after completing their work and described in the towing of the vehicle / parts, - towing (transporting and unloading) the vehicle (parts of items secured by the Police) to a guarded car park * / indicated by the Ordering Party with their protocol acceptance by the dispatcher guarded car park:

* part 7 competence supervision of the Communist Party of the Republic of Polandcz: guarded car park located in Gorzow Wlkp., ul. Poznańska 95A; until 31.01.2020, subject to: - Possibilities of unilateral change during the contract by the Employer, location of the car park guarded to the following areas of the city and commune:

• Międzyrzecz, Pszczew, Trzciel, Skwierzyna, Przytoczna, Bledzew, Gorzow Wlkp., Deszczno, Świebodzin or Szczaniec.

- pulling the vehicle outbig or other object on the roadside as well as loading, transporting and unloading of vehicles, their parts and other items to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, - securing vehicles, their parts or other objects against damage, fire, destruction, theft, loss during work related to the performance of the service in question and during transport to parking - deposit or place indicated, - clearing vehicle components taken from the road, its shoulder and cargo carried by the vehicle; these elements, in the absence of a decision by the policeman, the Contractor collects / removes and disposes of his own, - - removal of pollution from the road and shoulders caused by the event or activities of the Contractor and, consequently, the necessity ofsit on the inside of the neutralizing agent (sorbent) in the amount necessary to remove contamination, eg oil leak, etc.

2. Due to the limited number of possible letters in individual fields, the order is described in detail in the SIWZ and its annexes. for a limited number of letter characters in individual fieldsposting all the documents and statements required by the Contracting Authority and forms of submission are included in item XIII of the ToR. The offer must include: a statement in the form of an EAT, an Offer Form and if they relate to: a power of attorney, an acc on the will of joint contractors acting jointly, power of attorney to represent S.Pa. another podm. and proof of payment of a bid bond - in the case ofin a form other than monetary. Paragraph XIII of the SIWZ also contains information concerning the participation of another entity, subcontractors, foreign contractors. The Contracting Authority will exclude the Contractor in accordance with art. 24 sec. 1 point 12-23 of the PPL Act and pursuant to art. 24 sec. 5 points 1), 5), 6), 8) of the Public Procurement Law. List of docs and statements required from the Contractor: to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion in accordance withArt. 25 para. 1 point 3 of the Public Procurement Law (details included in item XIII of the Terms of Reference): a) information from the NQF in the scope specified in art. 24 sec. 1 items 13, 14, 21 and art. 24 sec. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Law;

b) then responsible. the head of the US;

c) the owner of the local unit ZUS or KRUS;

d) copy of the register or CEIDG statement of the contractor (in the wording from - 5 point 5), 6), 7), 9) and 10) above Reg.). In the scope of about Groupsi Kapitałowa in accordance with the wording of art. 24 sec. 11 of the PPL Act, pursuant to art. 24aa paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity in the procedure in question intends to first evaluate the bids and then examine whether the contractor whose tender has been rated as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. If the contractor evades concluding the contract or does not wear youFor the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party may examine whether it is not subject to exclusion and whether it meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The Contractor who submitted the highest-rated offer from among the other offers (Article 24aa (2) of the Public Procurement Law). . The content of the information clause concerning the processing of personal data "RODO" includes pkt XXX SIWZ. Details regarding the communication between the Contractor and the Ordering Party are included in the ToR. The bid bond can be brought in the forms specified in art. 45 par. 6 of the PPL Act, the required deposit amount for Part 1: PLN 2, 700.00, Part 2: PLN 500.00, Part 3: PLN 2, 700.00, Part 4: PLN 700.00, Part 5: PLN 600.00, Part 6: PLN 1, 000.00, Part 7: PLN 1, 100.00, Part 8: PLN 100.00, Part 9: PLN 1, 200.00, Part10: 1 PLN 800.00, Part 11: PLN 1, 100.00, Part 12: PLN 1, 500.00, Part 13: PLN 500.00, Part 14: PLN 900.00 - details included in item XXIII of the ToR.

Purchaser does not require the Contractor to provide a performance bond.
