Periodic deliveries of medicinal products for the needs of UMHAT "Sveta Marina" EAD - Varna for a period of 13 (thirteen) months as follows:

(1) of LMPHM, a manufacturer of medicinal products may only carry out wholesale trade with medicinal products for which a manufacturing authorization has been issued; or

3. import authorization if the participant is an importer of medicinal products;-according to the provision of Art. 196, para. (2) of the LMPHM importer of medicinal products may carry out wholesale trade only with the medicinal products for which an import authorization has been issued; or

4. other documents, at the discretion of the participant, proving that he has the right to carry out wholesale trade of medicinal products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
