Framework Agreement for the Provision of Customer Information Boards

The purpose of this consultation is the conclusion of a single-party framework agreement with order for the supply of customer information panels in order to supply the future worksites within the framework of renovation or renovation operationsnew orders by Nantes Metropole to Semitan, such as the trade-media modernization project in the summer of 2020.

Main Site: The delivery of the supplies will be done to a site identified by the master of work, or the master of if necessary, which will necessarily be in Nantes or its agglomeration.

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a single-award frameworkto supply the customer information panels in order to supply the future worksites in the context of renovation operations or new mandates by Nantes Metropole to Semitan, such as the trade modernization project. 2020.

The framework agreement will include:

- the supply of the following materials:

- information panels cliBIV, type Marcus P18 LED single and double sided or equivalent,

- fixing mats and mounting kit,

- the associated installation benefits:

- panel installation on the mat associated,

- panel connection,

- commissioning and testing with the Sic server.

This framework agreement will be executed as and when issuing purchase orders in accordance with article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the code of the cpublic order.

The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and a maximum of 200 000 EUR HT, in accordance with article R. 2162-4 3 of the code of the public order.

- a letter of candidature accompanied of the parts presenting the candidate company (including name, company name, legal form, etc.). The candidate may use the form DC1,

- documents relating to the powers ofthe person authorized to engage him, if any,

- the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership,

- a statement concerning the overall turnover and the figure related to the benefits covered by the framework agreement, realized during the last 3 financial years available. The candidate may use the formre DC2,

- a kbis extract of less than 3 months, size of the company, composition of capital.
