Supply of street furniture

The purpose of the present consultation is the supply of street furniture, such as: barriers, posts, removable posts and folding posts, pedestrian road posts, benches, slats of benches as well as seats and folders in metal, baskets and their accessories, blocks parking, hook-and-bike and motorcycle, and jardini-res.
Main Site: Asnieres-sur-Seine and its surroundings.
Supply of street furniture.

In accordance with Title IV of Law 2013-100 of 28.4.2013 establishing various provisions for the adaptation of the legislation to the European Economic and Financial Law of the European Union andof the decree n 2013-269 of 29.3.2013 relating to the fight against the late payments in the contracts of the public order, the total time of payment can not exceed 30 days as from the complete and correct reception of the invoice by the the financial service and the exceeding of this period opens automatically and without further formalities, for the holder of the market, the benefit of moral interests.atory. It follows from the application of Decree No. 2013-269 of 29.3.2013 on the fight against late payments in public purchase contracts, that the rate of default interest is equal to the rate of interest applied by the Bank. European Central Bank has its most recent main refinancing operations, in force on the first day of the half-year of the calendar yearl the moratorium interest began to accrue, plus seven percentage points. These moratorium interest accrue from the day following the expiration of the contract or the expiry of the payment period until the date of payment of the principal included.
The amount of the flat-rate compensation for recovery costs is fixed at EUR 40. It is specified that the moratorium interestand the lump sum recovery fee is paid within 45 days of the payment of the principal. Expenditure allocated to the market will be charged to the budget of the city of Asnieres-sur-Seine.
In accordance with Article R. 2132-12 of the Public Order Code, the requirement of dematerialisation does not apply to the present procedure forthe following reasons: the candidate must submit the following samples: one unit of each element is requested:
- type A posts,
- type A removable posts,
- type 1 barrier,
- half sphere terminal,
- pedestrian terminal,
- door scooters 5 locations.
The delivery will be done, before the closing date of the bids, to the municipal technical services - road service - 27 boulevard Louise Michel - 92230 Gennevilliers.
Each item or package must be distinctive in the name of the applicant company.
The contracting authority shall, at the time of delivery of the samples, provide the applicant with a receipt indicating the date and time of delivery, as well as the number of packages.
Delivery will be by appointment, no sample book without an appointment will notRa agrees. No sample book after the deadline for submission of bids will be accepted.
1) The technical value: 60 points
- sub-criterion 1: quality of supplies: 30 points,
- sub-criterion 2: environmental approach of the company with regard to the products offered: 10 points,
- under -critere 3: the importance of the proximity stock deliverable within a period of less than 8 working daysfor current products: 10 points,
- sub-criterion 4: proposed delivery times for non-stock orders: 10 points;
2) Price: 40 - points:
- sub-criterion 1: addition of unit prices BPU: 20 points,
- sub-criterion 2: total DQE: 20 points.
