For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, is submitted by the participating economic operators (tenderers), a letter of guarantee2% (two per cent), with the appropriate rounding of the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT, if the economic operator participates for all the lots, otherwise for 2% (two per cent) with the appropriate rounding of the estimated contract value, exclusive of the VAT of the groups or lots offered.
