Replacement of wooden sleepers behind reinforced concrete in tunnels on the A and C subway line

The subject matter of the public procurement is to conclude a contract with a single supplier (without renewal of the competition). Public bids are located in the capital of Prague, see annex 2 ZD.

The subject of public procurement is closedwith one supplier (no renewal of competition).

The subject of the agreement, resp. the subject of the individual diligence provided on the basis of the individual contracts will rest in the execution of the construction works, in particular in the exchange of wooden sleepers under the reinforced concrete in the tunnels on the A and C subway lines.

The supplier proves his professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting a document pursuant to - 77The supplier furthermore proves his professional competence in accordance with Section 77 (2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, so that: - he is entitled to conduct to the extent of the subject matter of the public offer by submitting a proof of the entrepreneurial reputation in the scope of "Providing of constructions, their changes and disposal "and" Surveying of Surveying Activities ",

The contracting entity shall, in accordance with Section 78 (1) ZZVZ requires the minimal turnover achieved by the supplier to be at least CZK 100, 000, 000 in each of the 3 immediately preceding accountingThe supplier shall prove the turnover by showing the supplier's profit and loss for all 3 immediately preceding the accounting period or a similar document according to the law of the contractor's country of residence; if the supplier is established later, he / she will be able to submit his / her turnover data in the required salary for all academic periods from his / her creation.

In view of the nature of the subject, the sponsor organizes the plin the sense of - 97 of the ZZVZ.

The contractors who will be interested in the inspection of the premises will be gathered on October 24, 2018 at 0:30 o'clock at the entrance of the metro station Florenc C. Prohlidka are filled for organizational reasons to be carried out at the time of transport exclusions.

In accordance with Section 96 (1) of the HABD, the Contracting Authority published the supporting documentation with the exception of the notice of the opening of the inves- tigation procedure and Annex 6 to the model of the framework agreement (containing drawings) for the profilefrom the date of publication of the notice on the opening of the investiture procedure in the Public Procurement Notice. The Contracting Authority does not provide the documentation or its parts in any other way.
