Acquisition ofdesigning, technical assistance from the designer and the execution of construction works for an underground car park with total parking capacity for 415 cars, technical spaces, maintenance spaces, ramps, traffic, in the central area of the Rose Market in Targu Mures, according to the specifications of the specification and the SF prepared for this purpose by the designer of thespecialty.

Estimated value of the acquisitionworks: 32, 658, 550 RON without VAT composed according to the general estimate elaborated by the specialist designer from the following expenses:

- Elaboration Technical project and execution details, including verification of the project by certified examiners (Chapter 3.5.4., Chapter 3.5.6 - technical assistance from the designer (cap.3.8.1.) 132.850 RON without VAT,

- Valoa(Chapter 1 - Expenditures for obtaining and developing land Chapter 2 - Expenditures for the insurance of utilities Chapter 4 Basic investment Chapter 5.1.1. - General building site) 31.627.110 RON without VAT, without various and unpredictable and without any additional supplements under art. 221 par. 1 of Law 98/2016 in accordance with the

SPECIAL CONDITIONS amending / completing Clause 45 Valoa(a) Reasons for exclusion: The bidders, third parties and subcontractors will prove that they are not in line with the situations provided by art. 164, art. 165 and art. 167 of the Law no.98 / 2016.

The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: The DUAE will be filled by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with thethe bands of their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the operator ranked in the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.
