Acquisition of advanced echocardiography systems, according to the specifications of the specification.

Minimum estimated contract quantity after 1 piece; maximum amountestimated contract 2 pieces. Bidders, supporting third parties and subcontractors should not be present in the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

At the same time a declaration according to art. 60 of Law 98/2016, to be submitted by all participants in the award procedure (bidders, third parties, subcontractors) with the submission of the DUAEby the deadline for the submission of tenders.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the economic operators participating in the award procedure (including any third parties and subcontractors) will be added to the SOEs with the information relating to their situation., at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer (inthe case of the association by each economic operator belonging to the association) ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the bids.

These documents may be:

1) Establishing certificates regarding the lack of debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the present moment• Regarding the tax certificates, we state that they have to prove the lack of overdue debts at the moment of their presentation, and also for the foreign legal / physical persons wishing to participate in the procedure; 2) The judicial record of the economic operator and of the members of the body management, management or oversight of that operatoreconomic or those who have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) Where appropriate, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit from the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Public Procurement Law 98/2016; 4) Otherediting documents as appropriate

The economic operators submitting a tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence to prove that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of establishment, and that he has the professional capacityThe method by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

If two or more bidders submit financial offers with the lowest price, then the contracting authority will use the request for price re- SEAP facilities, under conditions to be communicated in a timely manner. Concerning the duration of the framework agreement, we mention that it is up to 36 dit is Monday, but according to the provisions of the tutelage Ministry Ministry of Health, the framework agreement can be completed on another date (within the 36 months). The framework agreement will be able to benefit from review clauses (if applicable), under the legal conditions according to art. 221 of Law 98/2016 and the Instruction of the President of the National Agency for Public Procurement no. 3/2017 on amendments to the public procurement contract / sectoral procurement / framework agreement and to include such changes as substantial or non-substantial.
