International, open public tender, awarding the most economically advantageous tender, solely on a per-species basis, for the supply of tires, forthe coverage of the needs of OSY's vehicles. SA for a period of 2 years. The estimated value of the contract amounts to a total of EUR 1 650 000.00 plus VAT (EUR 200.00, ie EUR 1 400 000, for the 7 000 tires 275 / 70R EUR 22.5-400.00, ie EUR 100 000.00 in total, for 250 tires 315 / 60R 22.5 - 300.00 EUR, ie EUR 150 000.00 totalfor the 500 tires 385 / 55R 22, 5). Tire Supply Type 275 / 70R 22.5

Required tires will be designed specifically for use in city buses, featured which will be explicitly mentioned in the manufacturer's technical manuals. Specifically, urban-type tires will be newall-position and should offer: - a long service life in urban traffic with frequent stops and relatively high temperatures, - will have a special rubber mixture, and specially designed and configured tread geometry so that much is achievedtraction, a very good level of traction and directionality, which will provide, in addition to mileage, safety and high levels of comfort.

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to carry out an activity related to the subject matter supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Unionare required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded toΣ.Δ.Σ. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or trade registers.

Economic operators established in Greece are required to be enrolled in the Chamber.

Regarding the economyfor the current contract award procedure, the economic operators must have, for the first type (7 000 275 / 70R 22, 5 tires of EUR 1 400 000, 00), the average of the turnover of the three ( 3) the last closed financial year, greater than EUR 1 000 000.00. For the other 2 types of tires 315 / 60R 22, 5 and 385 / 55R 22, 5, yeshave an average turnover of the three (3) last closed fiscal years, at least equal to the budgeted amount of each type. In case the candidate contractor is active for less than three (3) closed fiscal years, then the above applies for the years in which it operates.
