Construction work for highways, roads.

Limmattalbahn, clearing 2nd stage

Along the new Limmattalbahn track, there are many trees that have to be cleared due to the construction work. The submission includes the clearing work before and during the construction phase of lots 4-7 according to the clearing plans incl. Rootstock removal, AbtranSport and disposal of all clearing material as well as filling of the tree pits (including delivery of materials).

Main site: Schlieren, Urdorf, Dietikon, Spreitenbach, Killwangen

Along the newly created track of the Limmattalbahn there are many trees that have to be cleared due to the construction work, The submission includes clearing work before and during the construction of the projectPhases of lots 4-7 according to the clearing plans incl. rootstock removal, removal and disposal of all clearing material and fill up the tree pits (including material delivery).

Additional services include: work preparation, obtaining permits, clarifications with authorities, municipalities, works and private persons, Coordination (with eg construction management, contractors lot 4-7 and thirdt), intermediate transports, lighting (night), cleaning work, possible barriers, provisional measures (eg covers of tree pits or similar), transport services.

Due to the evidence required in the documents

partial offers are not permitted.

Terms and Conditions: According to the contract Negotiations: No price negotiations will be carried out.

Remediation of appeal: Within 10 days of the publication of this notice, a written complaint can be filed with the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich, PO Box, 8090 Zuerich. The notice of appeal must be submitted in duplicate. It must contain an application and its reason. The contested invitation to tender must be enclosed. The called evidencemust be specified and, as far as possible, enclosed.

Deadline / Remarks: The offers are valid until Friday, 29.3.2019 (arrival at the customer, the postmark is not decisive), or until 29.3.2019 at 15.00 hrs personally, closed and to be submitted with the following note: "PLEASE DO NOT OPEN Offer grubbing-up stage 2". Comments (date for written questions) FThe questions are to be submitted in German to the "Forum" at www.simap.ch The questions will be answered in the "Forum" by all members of the tender dossier by 8.3.2019 at www.simap.ch
