Subject of these services: maintenance of the septic tank sinks.

The assignment lasts for 1 year, and can be extended once with a period of 3 years. In order to extend the contract, both parties must change the vesignposting

Service locations: all ZNA locations

* The tenderer submits the Uniform European Tender Document, which is filled in, and consists of an updated self-declaration and is accepted by the contracting authority as provisional evidence to replace government agencies or third-party documents or certificates certifying that the-the successful tenderer fulfills all of the following conditions:

1 he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17-6-2016;

2 he meets the applicable selection criteria as determined in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17-6-016. * * The UEA, by which the tenderer declares that he is not in one of thelien situations as referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17-6-2016.

The UEA, by which the tenderer declares that he meets the following selection criteria:

1. The tenderer will present the following documents:

1. Annual accounts for the last 2 years available.

2. A statement concerning the annual total turnover and the turnover of the business activity that is the object of the-assignment of the last 2 available financial years.

On penalty of nullity of his tender, the tenderer is expected to carry out the following site visits.

The tenderer is obliged to verify himself at the location of the situation before giving up price. He must know all the measurements and the current state of the installations, so that with all element can be taken into account, and these can be taken into account in his quotation.

The calendar for site visits per site is stated in the specifications.

Possible questions about the site visit are answered by the local building manager on the day of the site visit. Additional questions can be asked by mail and substantiated with photos in the question period to Sven.coopmans@zna.be

The tenderer must add the certificate in Appendix C correctly filled in to his offer.
