The main objective of the purchase of the services package is to raise awareness of the benefits of consuming milk and milk products, to promote the nutritional benefits, in order to learn some habits. Healthy

The service package will have the following benchmarks:

- transport tour / return of the students and the teachers accompanying them;

- the entrance ticket to the farm;

- the cost of the guide who performs the farm presentation;

- the service (tasting) within the farm visited by milk and dairy products;

- book or atlas that promotes the objectives of the program (raising awareness among preschoolers and pupils about healthy eating based on knowledgethe amount of milk and milk products; learning and fixing healthy eating habits among children and preventing different health conditions; short and long-term increase in milk and dairy consumption in children`s diet; increasing the degree of information on local food types and on combating food waste)or participants in the organization of visits.

The package will include the above benchmarks for each participating student.

The maximum estimated value of the contract is RON 827 731, 09 excluding VAT as established by the GD 559/2019, as well as by the Law no. 5/2020 of the state budget for the year 2020, the price per participating student will be of maximum 67, 22 RON without VAT and a maximum of 12, 312 students will participate.

The total number of educational units participating in the implementation of the educational measure with the nominal tables of the participating students and the accompanying teachers will be communicated by address by the Galaţi County School Inspectorate, after the service contract is signed.

The settlement will be made according to the number maximum of 12 312 established students.

The participants in the procedure will complete DUAE, and the tenderer ranked first after applying the criterion ofa rebate on the admissible offers will prove the non-classification in the situations of exclusion, by presenting, at the request of the AC, as a rule, the following information and documents:

- certifying certificates regarding the lack of debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.) at the time of presentation;

- county recordiciar of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive document ;

- as appropriate, documents proving that the economic operator can benefittakes the derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement;

- other edifying documents, as the case may be.

Foreign legal / natural persons will present any edifying documents, issued by the competent authorities of the country in which they are resident, to prove that they have fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes., taxes and social insurance contributions to the component budgets of the consolidated general budget, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in the country of residence.

The documents will be presented in Romanian, with the mention "according to the original". The documents presented in another the language other than the Romanian language, will be accompanied by the authorized translation.your (including for the associate / third party supporter) draws its rejection as unacceptable.

2. The following documents will be submitted, together with the DUAE:

- the firm commitment of the supporting third party from which results the effective way in which it will materialize its support;

- of the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement, as the case may be; them together with DUAE constitute the basis foru requesting clarifications for any inadvertent form of the information contained in the DUAE sections of both the bidder / candidate, as well as the subcontractor / third party supporter, this being necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure;

- certifying certificate issued by the Office Trade Register.

The economic operators that depositin the offer must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, to show that the economic operator is legally constituted, that it is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution, as well as the fact that it has the professional capacity to carry out the activities which are the subject of the contract.

The way in which the requirement can be demonstrated: sewill complete the DUAE by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE, respectively the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC or, in the case of the foreign bidders, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence, will be presented, at the request of the authoritiesand contracting, only by the bidder ranked 1st in the intermediate ranking drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the bids.

The requirement is applied also for subcontractors and / or third party supporters who complete the information related to their situation at the level of a distinct DUAE. If it is found that the offers ranked first have equal prices, AC will request the respectivebidders, for divestiture, a new prop. financial envelope, in a sealed envelope, in which case ctr. will be assigned to the bidder whose new prop. Finance. has the lowest price.

2. Alternative offers are not accepted.

3. The bidders will specify in the technical proposal the information they consider confidential and which cannot be disclosed to third parties, mentioning the reasons why these infthe sisters must be confidential
