To increase the tourist offer of Lower Austria to the German market The contractor plans to conduct a river cruise "River Road Show" (RRS) .The RRS is a multi-day river cruiset (max 10 days) from Cologne to Krems on the Danube in April, May or June 2021, at which Lower Austria presents its tourism products. The following stations are planned: Cologne, Frankfurt, Regensburg and Krems on the Danube. For the implementation of the RRS, the client is looking for a touristic organizer who, in summary, is responsible for the following services

In order to promote the tourist offer of Lower Austria on the German market, the client plans to carry out a river cruise "River Road Show" (RRS) .The RRS is a multi-day river cruise (maximum 10 days) from Koeln to Krems on the Danube in April, May or June 2021 provided, at which the federal state of Lower Austria with hispresented in tourist products. The following stations are planned: Koeln, Frankfurt, Regensburg and Krems an der Donau ("stations") For the implementation of the RRS, the client is looking for a touristic organizer, who will provide the following services:

(i) Organization and execution of a river cruise with a suitable vessel;

(ii) provision of dservices that are usually offered or provided in the context of upmarket river cruises;

(iii) catering for participants; (iv) organization and execution of events on board with catering. The description of services according to the tender document applies, in particular according to the specifications. Proof of the professional competence of the applicant to provide theThe services offered are to be submitted by presentation of a certificate of registration of the candidate in the relevant professional or trade register of the State of residence referred to in Annex IX BVergG 2018 or the presentation of the relevant certificate referred to in Annex IX BVergG 2018. Applicants based in Austria have proof by submitting an excerpt from the Register of Trade (GISA-AusZug) or the other evidence referred to in - 81 BVergG 2018 (each not older than 3 months).

Applicants who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and those for the exercise of an activity have to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications in Austria, have a procedure to that effectas soon as possible, but in any event before the end of the application period. Before the expiry of the deadline for the submission of applications, evidence must be provided that a procedure aimed at obtaining a decision has been initiated.
