Municipal procurement is a bidding for a framework arrangement that pitaea the travel agency services for business travel, travel agency services for group trips, conferences and event excursions. The aim is to make the framework agreement startfrom 1.1.2019. According to the invitation to tender, the customized agreement must be signed by 60 paeivaeae framework contract signatures and the customer-specific promotion of travel agency services must be completed by no more than 120 days after the signature of the customer-specific contract.-a subset for which the customer has been able to choose either or both:
1. Travel agency services for business travel
2. Bookmaking services for group trips and meetings and event excursions.
Estimated purchasing volumes (EUR / year) of committed and interested customers are shown in Annex 1 by subdivision. Cost estimates include the service fees payable to the travel agent, whether they do not include travel expenses. Customers do not have a maeing tax obligation. Service-specific volumes are listed in the price list, appendix 3. Service-specific volume estimates by using the weighting factors for the price calculation of the reference price.
The online service's competitive edge with the current travel agent services agreement was 2017 by service:
- domestic flights 49%,
--(1) The most successful bidder in price and quality comparison with one of the (1) tenders, with which the Municipal Procurements will conclude a framework agreement. In the contest, the most advantageous bid gets 65 price points. Qualified providers can get a maximum of 35. The price and quality points received by the bidder are counted together andthey form the reference points for the entire offer. Contracts which are not subject to an acquisition may not be made.
The customers who have committed themselves to the acquisition and the customers who have expressed their interest are listed in Appendix 1.
Only the customers listed in Annex 1 can only use the framework scheme.
