The subject of the contract are transport services, which will be provided for the needs of transport of persons within the scope of events related to the Presidency of the Slovak Republic

Transportation will be provided to successful candidates by means of transport:

- Large capacity buses (minimum capacity: 48 persons)

- Minivans (minimum capacity: 7 persons)

- Limousines (minimum capacity: 3 persons)

(1 ) Only those who satisfy the following conditions for participation in personal capacity may participate in the procurement procedure:a member of the statutory body, neither a member of the supervisory body, nor a prosecutor convicted of an offense of corruption, an offense affecting the financial interests of the European Communities, an offense of legalization of criminal offenses, an offense of founding, support for a terrorist group, the offense terorisk and some forms of participation in terrorism, trafficking in human beings, an offense related to business or criminal offense in public procurement and public auction, retirement savings in the Slovak Republic or in the state of residence, place of business or(c) has no tax arrears in the Slovak Republic or in the State of residence, place of business or usual residence; for lack of property or canceled bankruptcy due to lack of property, e) is entitled to deliver goods, carry outor (g) has not committed a serious breach of duty in the previous 3 years after the announcement or demonstrable commencement of the public procurement procedure. in the field of environmental protection, social justice or(h) has not committed, in the previous 3 years since the announcement or demonstrable commencement of the public procurement, a serious breach of the professional obligations proven by the contracting authority and the contracting authority and the contracting authority and the contracting authority can prove .

(2) Candidate demonstrates compliance(e) the conditions for participation pursuant to paragraph 1 (a) (p). (a) substantiated by an extract from the criminal record not older than 3 months;. The tenderer can prove fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status by entry in the list ofof economic operators or equivalent entries or certificates of entry issued to the competent authorities of another Member State, respectively.

In the case of demonstration of fulfillment of the condition of participation concerning personal status according to - 32 par. 1 pism. e) by an extract from the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic or an extract from the Trade Register of the Slovak RepublicRepublic, the applicant is not obliged under - 32 par.

1) Public procurement is not a green procurement, innovation or social-related procurement.

2) The contracting authority has decided in accordance with - 66 par. Article 7(3) The tenderer may, in accordance with Article 39 of the Public Procurement Act, replace the documents by a single European document, in accordance with in such a case, part of his bid will be completed in a uniform electronic form d

4) The contracting authority will be in communication throughout the procurement process, ie. proceed before and after the deadline for submitting tenders in accordance with Section 20 of the Act on the Josephine System Communication Interface. Rules for the delivery of consignments: the consignment is deemed to have been delivered to the candidate / tenderer at the moment of its receipt. The moment from which the addressee is to be addressed objectively is considered to be the moment of taking overthe possibility of acquainting itself with its content, i. how suddenly the shipment gets to the spheres of his disposition. Service of documents within the framework of revision procedures is governed by the UVO Interpretative Opinion no. 3 / 2018.

5) The offer is made electronically according to - 49 par. 1 pism. a) ZVO and entered into the Josephine system located at https://josephine.proebiz.com/ The submission of offers is only allowedikovanym uchazačom. Authentication can be done in two ways:

- in the Josephine system by registering and logging in using an ID card with an electronic chip and a security personality code (eID). The system is authenticated by a company, which is registered by the company`s statutory officer using eID. Authentication is performed by the system provider Josephine on working days from 8 to 16 hoursd., or - by means of an authorization code, which will be sent to the address of the tenderer`s firm in the form of registered mail if the company uses eID to register a person who is not a statutory company or is registered with the system using a password. The time limit for this termination is 4 working days and it is necessary to count with this time when placing the offer.

6)if the bidder`s bid is higher than the estimated contract value determined by the contracting authority, the contracting authority reserves the right not to accept such a tender.
