Customs assistance and transport for the CEA / DAM Ile-de-France center

The subject of the contract concerns the provision of services Customs assistance and transport for the CEA / DAM Ile-de-France center.

The services include:

- international transport operations, in the UEuropean Union and the European Union, - national transport operations, - clearance operations, - special transport operations accompanied, - any other actions in relation to the customs authorities within the limits laid down by the CEA / DIF.

The market is scheduled for a period of 24 months firm. It can be extended twice for a period of 12 months per year.evee of option, ie 24 months.

1) Presentation of applications:

Candidate companies must provide support for their application, the following elements:

- Form DC1 (letter of application and appointment of the agent by his co-contractors) or equivalent, - form DC2 (declaration of individual candidate or group member) or equivalent.

It is forbidden to accumulate applications:

- as an individual candidate and member of one or more groups including as a mandatarye,

- as a member of one group and agent of another.

2) Newly established companies are allowed to apply. If they are unable to produce certain documents requested in this notice of operation, they may justify their financial and professional capacity by means other than those indicated in thisin particular by the presentation of titles or the professional experience of the person or their managers.

3) Special conditions of the execution of the market:

this market is a market within the meaning of the decree of 30.11.2011 approving the 1300 General Interministerial Instruction on the Protection of the Secrets of National Defense. Consequently, the nomination file must containo separate envelope:

- either a favorable opinion of elementary control emanating from the Ministry of Arms in the course of validity,

The same steps must be taken pfor associated companies, in the case of applications for temporary groupings of firms or subcontractors selected by candidates for this contract.

These documents must reach the deadline for the submission of applications mentioned in this notice at the latest.

Failure to provide the notice or copy of his application within the time limit the candidate is deemed to have waived hisndidature.

1)Formalism for the submission of applications by electronic means:
