In this procedure the contractor (the carrier) will execute the assigned bus lines and schedules in accordance with the requirements of the Road Transport Act, the Law for road traffic, the secondary legislation issued on the basis of them, Ordinance № 33 of 3.11.1999 years for public transport of passengers and freight on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA issued by the Minister of Transport and the agreements reached with the contracting authority as a result of the procedure on the technical condition of the motor vehicles to be carried out the hygienic conditions and comfort of buses during the service. In this procedure the contractor ) will perform the assigned bus lines and schedules in accordance with the requirements of the Automobile Lawthe Road Traffic Act, the secondary legislation issued on the basis thereof, Ordinance No 33 of 3.11.1999 on public transport of passengers and freight on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the Minister of Transport and the agreements reached with the contracting entity as a result of the procedure on the technical condition of motor vehicles to be followed-carries out the transport, hygienic conditions and comfort of the buses during the implementation of the service ..

The fulfillment of the order aims to ensure the transport of students up to 16 years of age with specialized transport of the required quality. The Participant shall hold a license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, issued under the terms and conditions of the Automobile Actis a carriage license or a license to carry out international passenger transport - a Community license that the license should maintain valid throughout the term of the contract. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the designated contractor shall present an up-to-date document certifying the lack of grounds for removal, namely a license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of BulgariaGREECE issued under the terms and conditions of the Road Transport Act or a license to carry out international passenger transport - Community license - copies certified by the signatory and signature "true to the original" Note: The participant completes Section A " Eligibility "in Part IV" Selection Criteria "of the Electronic Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP) Prior to the conclusion of the contract-the designated contractor shall present an up-to-date document certifying the lack of grounds for removal, namely a license to carry passengers on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA issued under the terms and conditions of the Road Transport Act or a license to carry out international transport of passengers - Community license - copies certified by the signatory and signatoryThe participant shall be removed from participation in the award procedure of this contract if it does not meet any of the above requirements. "1. The participant shall have civil liability insurance for motor vehicles in accordance with Art. 100, para. 1, item 3 of the Road Traffic Act and a document for concluded accident "Accident" of the passengers in a vehiclepublic transport in accordance with Art. 471, para. 1 of the Insurance Code

Note: The participant fills in Section B "Economic and Financial Condition" in Part IV "Selection Criteria" of the Electronic Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP). Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the designated contractor shall provide an up-to-date document certifying the lack of justification for the removal, namely Third Party Liability insurance for motor vehicles and a document for the accident insurance of the passengers in public transport vehicles - copies certified by the participant with signature "Certainly the original" The participant will be removed from participation in the the award procedure of this contract if it does not meet any of the above requirements-of section III.1.3.4):

The participant must have bus drivers for specialized transport of pupils for the duration of this order. Their number must correspond to the number of basic vehicles and one additional driver for each spare bus. Every driver must meet the following requirements: - - hold a driving license valid for the relevant vehicle category, - - not be convicted of deliberateor is not deprived of a judicial or administrative order by the right to drive a motor vehicle, - be psychologically fit within the meaning of Art. 152, para. 1, item 2 of the Road Traffic Act, - meet the requirement for qualification of the driver within the meaning of Art. 7b, para. 5 of the Law on Road Transport, - have at least 2 years professional experienceexperience as a bus driver and is not less than 25 years old.

Note: In the case of unions that are not legal entities, the compliance with the minimum requirements for technical and professional capabilities is proved by the participating association and not by any of the persons included in it.

Note: The participant fills in section "Technical and professional abilities" in Part IV "(EEDOP) Before the conclusion of the contract, the designated contractor shall present an up-to-date document certifying the lack of justification for the removal, namely a list of the main and reserve personnel for the execution of the service, accompanied by evidence of qualifications, professional experience and psychological fitness nbut each driver. The participant must have a quality management system according to EN ISO 9001: 20XX or an equivalent or other equivalent quality assurance document with a scope similar to the subject matter of the order

Note: The participant completes Section D "Quality Assurance Standards and Environmental Management Standards "in Part IV" Selection Criteria "of the electronic-Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP). Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the designated contractor shall provide an up-to-date document certifying the absence of any justification for removal, namely a quality management system according to EN ISO 9001: 20XX or equivalent or other equivalent quality assurance document with coverage, similar to the subject of the ordera - copies certified by the participant with a signature "Certainly the original" 6. The participant has a base - garage area and / or other, which the participant has to fulfill the order on which the car park will be installed and equipped service base for maintenance of the bus fleet.

Note: The participant fills in section "Technical and professional abilities" in Part IV "Election Criteria"(EEDOP) - Note: If the participant does not have its own facilities, then he / she will have to submit a lease with a term of no shorter than the term of the contract - a notary certified copy. will be removed from participation in the award procedure of this contract if it does not meet any of the aboveskv.
