Supply of transport vehicles and construction machinery.

Supply: two (2) press type waste, one (1) press waste, one (1) small closed truck, one (1) small tipper, (2) new garbage trucks (consisting of a frame and a superstructure) and a (1) bucket washing machine. must have a press compaction system with a capacity of sixteen (16) cubic meters each and with a bucket lifting system to be used for the disposal of refuse in the-Municipality of Kallithea. Suitable for the loading of high-grade litter and high-volume waste and complying with all existing provisions so that they can be marketed in Greece with a valid marketing authorization. For this reason, it must be completely new, unprofessional, of recent construction, of a recognized type of manufacturer and with-good reputation in Greece and abroad. All requirements of the technical specifications are essential and inviolable, any discrepancy will mean rejection of the offer. The economic operator is registered in the professionalin the Member State of its establishment as described in Annex XI to Directive 2014/24 / EU. economic operators in some Member States may have to comply with other requirements set out in that Annex (Article 58 (2) of Directive 2014/24 / EU). one or more groups or all six (6) groups of vehicles (with the total number of vehicles included in each group), 2) each tender will be accompanied by a participation guarantee in favor of the participant for an amount that will cover two per cent (2%) of its estimated value contract excluding VAT, with appropriate rounding (Article 72 (1a) of Law 4412/16).
