Acquisition of transducers, sensors, pressure switches, measuring and control equipment according to specification no. 144 / 18.6.2018 and the Annexes to the respective specification. The requests for clarification of economic operators will be addressed 13 days before the deadline for submission of the offerand the contracting entity's reply will be sent 10 days before the deadline for submitting bids. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarifications submitted by the deadline set for their receipt.

Minimum and maximum quantity can be found in Appendix B - Attachments to Documents., others supportcontractors and subcontractors should not be found in the situations provided for in art. 73, 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: It will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with information related to their situation. The declaration according to art. 73 of Law 99/2016 will be submitted by all partieswith the deposition of the DUAE. The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a registration form according to the law of country of residence, that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in-none of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and the fact that it has the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the object of the contract. The way to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: The DUAE will be filled by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.

The supporting documents proving indepthe verification of the ones assumed by the completion of the DUAE, respectively the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC or, in the case of foreign tenderers, the equivalent documents issued in the country of residence are to be presented at the request of the contracting entity only by the tenderers ranked in the first three places in the interim ranking (a) According to the provisions of art.-202 of Law 99/2016, the contracting authority will accept the preliminary proof as part of the DUAE (Unique Procurement Acquisition) tenders instead of the documents required to demonstrate the qualification requirements. (b) Requests for clarification of potential bidders will exclusively address SEAP in the "Questions" section of the award procedure conducted by electronic means and the answers to these will be published in the SEAP, in the "Documentation and Clarification" section of the tender notice, the subsequent contracting entityand not to respond to requests addressed by means of communication other than that established in accordance with the provisions of Art. 78 par. (1) of the Law no. 99/2016 for post-submission submissions. The evaluation committee will submit the clarification requests on the submitted offers in SEAP to the "Questions" section. Re-counting will be done according to art. 3.4. of the framework agreement. Reweighing will be done in writing in a closed envelope. The content of the new financial proposals remains confidential until the stipulated deadline pfor opening, has expired. The request shall indicate the location, date and time at which the new financial refoulement proposals will be opened as well as the persons authorized to assist in the opening of the new financial proposal for re-allocation. The result of the referral will be communicated to all participants in the procedure (it will be sent via PV email for re-registration). The subsequent contract willending with the economic operator who offered the lowest price at the reopening phase. The price of the offered product may be modified only in the sense of its improvement, without affecting the elements / conditions established as being unchangeable.

If, after rerouting, the contracting entity does not obtain improvements of the item that is subject to the resumption of the competition, of the "unit price" of the framework agreement, it has the obligation to award the subsequent contract to the tenderer ranked first in the procedure applied for the conclusion of the framework agreement, taking into account the "unit price" element provided in its initial offer.
