The purpose of this consultation is to acquire, host and maintain a ticket concentratorvirtual, a subscriber management solution and a parking observatory. This is a framework agreement under Articles R. 2162-1 et seq. Of the public procurement code. It will be concluded with a single economic operator. It includes a fixed part for all the services specified in the breakdown of the global and fixed price and an exe partcute by issuing purchase orders with no minimum and with a maximum fixed at 155, 000 EUR HT over the total duration of the framework agreement for all the services described in the DQE-BPU. This framework agreement is established for an initial period of 1 year from its notification. It is tacitly renewable 3 times for the same duration on the anniversary date.

- a letter of application detailing the contracting parties in the event of a grouping. A declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, where applicable, the turnover of the field of activity being the subject of the public contract, relating to the last 3 financial years available depending on the date of creation of the business or the start of activity of the economic operator, to the extent that information on these turnover figures is available.
