The contract refers to 10- or 20-week training programs for groups or individually by employees in Karlskrona municipality. The contract has been dedicated to a 10-week training program for groups of employees in Karlskrona municipality with a health promotion purpose and to promote sick leave with focus on fitness and strength.covered during the previous contract period have been training programs, three pre-lectures in the field of health and lifestyle and health examinations in the form of interior saturation and fitness tests for employees in the Knowledge Management, Senior Management and Social Administration. These administrations have divided into 16. groups / groups, with about 20-25 participants in each group. Distribution av number of groups have taken place together with the respective head of administration since the elder management has had 7 groups a year, social management 5 pcs. and knowledge management 4 pcs. Employees in elder care management have been offered the concept based on the principle that the employees who were most in need of health care assistance, eg. high absenteeism or diseased health, has made trips to placesna. The sites have since been filled with employees who have expressed their interest. The knowledge management and social management have offered employees the concept without any priority order due to.

The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement, with a supplier to both parts or with a supplier to each part. The framework agreement will help to maintain the concept ato offer you good health and exercise to develop health and well-being. The goal setting is to get a lower number of sick people for employees in Karlskrona municipality and participating municipal companies.
