Sneakers, sandals, compression stockings and special soles will be procured for employees of Helse Bergen HF, who will have this covered by the employer.

Tenderers are required to be a legally established company.

Documentation requirements: tenderers shall present documentation of their legal registration in a company register in the state where the tenderer is established.

The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer`s compliance with the qualification requirements in the following manner:

Credit rating (not older than 6 months) from a recognised credit rating company, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

Annual accounts for the last 2 years. These must contain notes, the board`s report and auditor`s report.

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. § 16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
