The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the provision of training and coaching services for employees of the Republic of Austria (BMF) including in-depth support in the form of case management in connection with personnel management and development, project management and organizational development. More details can be found in the application form.

The current contract award procedure in accordance with the provisions of the BVergG 2006 idgF aims to identify those 20 bidders, iee have, in accordance with the criteria set out in the second stage tender documents, submitted the 20 most technically and economically advantageous offers to conclude the framework agreement and become parties to the tendered framework agreement. The awarding of the advertised services is carried out according to the regulations of the BVergG 2006 fthe upper threshold area and the associated regulations in a negotiated procedure with prior notice in accordance with - 141 BVergG 2006. The subject of the service is not priority services. The application form must be indicated in more detail.
The applicant must prove that he has the necessary authorization to perform the services. Applicants working in the area ehave been established in another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and are required to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications in Austria, they must initiate a procedure as soon as possible, or at any rate before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders (- 20 para 1 BVergG 2006 idgF).
