Organization of 2 national study visits

The purpose of organizing visits is to familiarize with the idea of care homes, which are implemented in Poland in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship as part of the project "Care in the yard ", implemented with the support of the Marshal`s Office of EU funds. Caring farms are a form of support incare and social integration implemented as part of an agricultural holding. The goal of care homes is primarily to activate the elderly, provide them with day care and combat loneliness, isolation and social exclusion. This is an example of a good, innovative solution in the sphere of senior policy.

The purpose of organizing visits is to familiarize with the idea of caring farms that are implemented in Poland in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodship as part of the project "Care in the yard", implemented with the support of the Marshal`s Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodship in Warsaw from EU funds. The place of order will be a visit to the farm protective (in one protective household forvisit, with the proviso that care homes cannot be repeated) in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodship, as part of the project "Care in the yard". "Care in the yard" currently has 14 care homes in the following towns: Wysokie Brodno (Brodnica County), Mały Głęboczek (Brodnica poviat), Sitno (Golub-Dobrzyński poviat), Glewo (Lipno poviat), Gulbiny (Rypiń poviat)ski), Jastrzębiec (Sępoleńsk poviat), Ernestowo (Świecie poviat), Dubielno (Świecie poviat), Cekcyn (Tuchola poviat), Łopatki (Wąbrzeski poviat), Nielub (Wąbrzeski poviat), Venice (Szczeciń poviat), Komratowo (Szczeciń poviat), Niestronno (Mogilno poviat).

The scope of the order:

Catering: The Contractor is obliged to provide participants with one dinner at a place in the distancegeographical not more than 15 km from the place of visit and enabling group conversation, after prior agreement with the Employer. Lunch should consist of: soup or vegetarian soup (to choose), a warm meat dish or vegetarian dish (to choose) with one addition and raw, drink and dessert. The contractor is obliged to ensure dry visits for participantsprovisions and deliver it on the day of departure to the meeting place. Food for one participant should consist of 2 sandwiches (including one without meat), fruit, non-carbonated drink, sweet bar and packed.

Meeting: The Contractor is obliged to organize a meeting for each visit, after prior consultation with the Employer, in the entity being "A farm of caregivers"The meeting should not last less than 2 clock hours. For the meeting, the Contractor should provide the speaker / moderator with a person familiar with the care farm and ensure favorable conditions for the visit (e.g. availability of the room).

Transport: The Contractor will provide transport for participants in each visit up to 15 people from the center of Warsaw (Plac Defilad) to the place of visit and transpreturn ort from the place of organization of the visit to the center of Warsaw (Plac Defilad).

Insurance: The Contractor is obliged to insure the participants of visits from accidents, including permanent disability and death of the insured as a result of an accident.

Other: The Contractor is obliged to prepare, after prior agreement with the Purchaser of the exact schedule inrye, including the place of meals along with the menu suggestion.
