Provision of maintenance and support services of electronic equipment for traffic light signaling areas in Thessaloniki, A `and B` areas, under the jurisdiction of the Greek State Police. - FYROM, for the years 2020 - 2022.

The object of the contract is to provide the necessary services for a period of 3 years (2020 to 2022) to maintain the proper and safe operation of the installations.Lighting, the responsibility of the Technical Works Department of the Region of Central Macedonia, in the central area of Thessaloniki, in the first sector and in the second sector, as well as the supply of necessary goods and the execution of works for the repair of damage / alterations / modifications and improvements to the electronic and related equipment of the above approvals. The contract is subdivided into 2Sections:

The object of the contract is to provide the necessary services for a period of 3 years (2020 to 2022), in order to maintain the proper and safe operation of the light signaling facilities, under the responsibility of the Technical Works Directorate of the Region of Central Macedonia, in the central area of Thessaloniki and The first sector, as well as the supply of necessary goods and the execution of works, forto repair any damage / damage, modifications and / or improvements to the electronic and related equipment of the above approvals. the object of their profession is to engage in activities related to the specific object of the contract, that is to say the maintenance of traffic light installation services.

b) economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to meet the requirements set out in Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016; by registering them in the appropriate (corresponding to the relevant contract service) professional register, whichis kept in the Member State of establishment or if they satisfy any other requirement set out in this Annex. prove that they have such approval or that they are members of that organizationor if the country does not maintain such a register, make a sworn affidavit to a notary public that such register is not kept and that they carry out the activity required to carry out the object of the contract.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in acceding third countriesat the SDS or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in the respective professional registries and to make an affidavit before a notary according to the above profession.

(c) economicslegal entities established in GREECE must:

- in order to comply with the provisions of subparagraph (a) above, be registered in the relevant professional register where, under existing domestic law, their registration is required for the pursuit of activities ( provision of services), which includes the contract to be awarded,

- to swear before a notary or other public servantof the same authority, as provided in Annex XI, Appendix A` of Law 4412/2016, the exercise by them of the profession required by the preceding paragraph and, at the same time, to report on it (the declaration) - with an exclusionary penalty, to default - the most important contracts executed during the 3-year period 2016-2018, as well as the relevant data, respectivelya) as required in the first subparagraph of paragraph 2.2.6.a) hereinabove, thereby confirming their professional activity in the particular subject matter of the contract. an economic operator on a case-by-case basis, a member of the association or a joint venture, will individually satisfy this requirementprofessional fitness (cf. cases a to c above) and, on the other hand, will not be in accordance with the preceding paragraph. 2.2.3

Every natural or legal person is entitled to participate in a single competition, either as a sole proprietorship or as a member of a respective association or joint venture. Failure to do so will result in the exclusion of all competitors in the competitionof which the same natural or legal person is a party to the service.

To participate validly in the process of concluding this contract, the participating economic operators (tenderers) shall submit a letter of guarantee for the part in which the tenderer participates or for both., provided that he participates, respectively, in an amount as stated below, as the case may beh. The contents of the letter of guarantee will clearly state which part or sections of the deposit are covered.

More specifically, the amounts per section are:

(a) for the 1st lot: fifty-one thousand nine hundred thirty-five euros (51 935, 00 EUR)

(b) for the 2nd lot: twenty-two thousand two hundred fifty-eight euros (EUR 22 258.00).

Where the guarantee relates to both auctioned lots.The total amount will obviously be equal to the sum of the amounts of the guarantees for each of those lots for which the tenderer has submitted, ie:

(c) for both lots: seventy-four thousand one hundred and ninety three euros (EUR 74 193.00).

The relevant model of the letter of guarantee is set out in Annex VII hereto.In the case of economic operators, the participation guarantee shall also include the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all, and individually for each of the economic operators participating in the association.

The participation guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the expiration of the bid referred to in Article 2.4.5) hereby, that is until 13.11.2020. otherwise, the offer will be rejected. The contractorprior to the expiry of the offer, an authority may request the offeror to extend, before expiry of the offer, the validity of the offer and, respectively, the tender guarantee, in accordance with the conditions and conditions of article 97 of Law 4412/2011; as in force after Law 4608/2010.

The participation guarantee is returned to the designated contractor upon presentation of the performance guarantee.Participation Guarantee shall be returned to the other Bidders, in accordance with the special provisions of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016.
