Maintenance services of the Athens-based light-signaling electronic installations for the years 2019 - 2020.

1) Surveillance, maintenance, damage relief and in general the uninterrupted operation of all equipment (PCs controllers, communication units, etc.), established in the Athens, Piraeus, Alimos (Athens)(1) Surveillance, maintenance, fault relief and generally the uninterrupted operation of all equipment (PCs - regulator monitoring stations, communication units, etc.), which is located at the Athens, Piraeus, Alimos Light Signaling Centers (covering all departments); 2) monitoring the operation of the signalingare referenced in the tables in Annex VII of the Declaration, either through the automated announcements of regulators communicating with Signaling Centers or Supervisory Stations, or through announcements by third parties (Traffickers, individuals other contractors or providers) and Maintenance, Planning and Troubleshooting of Regulators of these facilities (concerns all departments). 3) Supervisionof the cable or wireless network with which the controllers communicate with the central control PCs installed in the Signaling Centers, the Stations of Inspection - Announcement of Regulators' Faults or Other Devices and the Remediation of Damage to the Cable Network (all Sections ); 4) wireless interface of regulators, operating as independent, with the existing PCs of centralcontrollers established in the Signaling Centers or their respective Monitoring Stations in order for these regulators to be monitored automatically and in real time for the faults they are presenting, 5) to supply and place, within the controller cabinet, all the required equipment (eg transformer, etc.), their interconnection with the other regulator circuits, its reprogramming, as well as everything else required, in order for the regulator to become suitable for supplying low voltage to all the signals regulated by it and to it is now possible to operate the whole light-signaling installation exclusively with plow voltage LED type transducers. It also includes checking the good and safe operation of the regulator, particularly with regard to all safety inspections (but also the signaling installation as a whole for the correct and full implementation of the approved study). signaling installations listed in the tables in the AnnexVII of the declaration (including the controller and the remote control cables). In particular, it is planned once every three months to systematically monitor these facilities to identify malfunctions, damages and damages that are not automatically announced

7) monthly technical support for the application of announcement of events on computers and mobile phones, for the provision of information, on the situationthe operation and the removal of damages of the traffic controllers, included in the technical description of project No 2 / 19.

The above obligations will be executed according to the provisions of Chapter B of the HSY

Economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in a professional activity related to the subject of the services to be provided, that is, manufacture, installation or maintenance and repair of damage ρlighting signaling devices. In particular, economic operators must be registered for a related activity (electronic or electromechanical or mechanical) in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in their Member State of establishment. In detail:

For domestic companies, be registered in the Register of Contractors (MEEP), respected in GGD of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in corresponding professional commercial registers (GEMI, EVE, TEE, etc.) or in a professional organization, in which the a registered company is appropriately empowered to perform public contracts as described herein

For companies coming from Member States of the European Union or the European Economic Area(EOX) or by States which have ratified the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (SCO), which formally keep professional and commercial registers in accordance with Annex XI, Appendix A of L.4412 / 2016, but also to third countries which have not signed and ratified the SBC and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union onprocedures for the award of public contracts, registration in the profession / commercial register of their country of establishment, in the country of their establishment, for the provision of services - work on public contracts.
