Assuring the safety of the users, the viability of the road network as well as the maintenance in good condition and the level of-service

In order to ensure the safety of the users, the viability of the roads as well as the maintenance in good condition and the level of service, the purpose of this contract is to make available human and material resources whose missions will be to: - intensively monitor the works on the network of road tunnels and ensure a 1 intervention in the event of finding an event during a round. Thus, a patrol service is provided 24/7 in the tunnels of the perimeter defined in point A of Part IV. This service is organized in 3 positions of at least 8 hours per day with a minimum of 10 minutes of recovery for transmission of instructions between each position. During their post, the agents of 1 intervention effeckill rounds on the network of tunnels. At any time, they can be called to intervene for the management of an event which then becomes their priority mission. These missions are constantly ensured in close collaboration with the supervisory operators of the PC Mobiris, to manage in situ the closures on the network of tunnels and road works in Brussels, that they are progressed.ammees, urgent or long-term and provide 1-level maintenance. On the basis of a program drawn up by Brussels Mobilite, the contractor will supervise and carry out planned closures of works at night (including reopening / modifying markings during the night if necessary).
