The subject of the order includes delivery of different types of branded advertising materials and souvenirs - 22 different items and design, prepress and production of 6 kinds of different printed information articles.The position includes the supply of different types of branded advertising materials and souvenirs - 22 different articles .The indicated quantities in the technical specification are estimated (indicative), not are subject to a one-off delivery and the assignor is not obligated to request and purchase them.shall be delivered to the contracting authority periodically and in parts according to a written application.

The Contracting Authority does not require: - Proceed from field II.1.1): - Lot 1 "Supply of advertising materials and souvenirs related to the Operational Program" Innovation and Competitiveness " "2014-2020"; - Lot 2 "Design, prepress and production of printed information materials related to the activities of Operational"Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020 " - pursuant to Art. 12, para. 3 pt. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the order under lot 2 is intended for assignment to specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, - lot 3 "Production of booklets for visualization of the results of the project" Technostart 2 "- the separate item will shall be assigned directly under the order ofArt. 21, para. 6 of the PPA according to its individual value, - lot 4 "Development of brochures for visualization of the cooperation of the Republic of BULGARIA with the European Space Agency (ESA)" - the detached position will be assigned directly under the procedure of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the PPL according to its individual value.
The assignor removes from participation in the procedure a participant for whom there is an axisthe innovations under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1-5 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 5, para. 1, item 3 of ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС and Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of Unlawfully Acquired Property. The lack of grounds for elimination is declared in EEDOP. proof papers. the reliability measures taken (where applicable);
2. copy ofa document showing the legal basis for the formation of a grouping (where applicable) containing:
1) the rights and obligations of the grouping; of the participants in the unification; of the liability between the members of a joint venture, incl. solidarity of responsibility, 3) the activities that each member of a joint venture will perform, and 4) a joint venture. partner;
3. documents about the obligations assumed by the third parties. under Art. 65, para. 3 of the PPA (as app.); proven. for a poet. from subpopulation. obligation. under Art. 66, para. 1 of the PPA (when applicable).
The performance bond under lot 1 of 5% (five per cent) of the maximum value of the contract for performance of the item excluding VAT. The performance guarantee for lot 2 is 2% (two per cent) of the dog's maximum allowable valuethe bar for the performance of the item without VAT. The guarantee is provided in one of the forms according to the PPL, the contractor choosing the form himself. The terms and conditions for the arrest or release of the guarantee shall be governed by the contract. A contract is concluded with a subject, defined. for a person who, when signed. submit a document. under Art. 67, para. 6 and Art. 112, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act
