This will be a single-frame framework agreementCurrent and Associated Services (FCS) has purchase orders with no minimum or maximum pursuant to Article 78 of Decree No. 2016-390 of 25.3.2016. The services relate specifically to the supply and installation of keys and cylinders secured for the needs of the sites of CHU Reunion - North and South. The goal is to secure the premises. The expected benefits includet especially the inventory of the existing; the site organization proposal, the supply, installation of keys and locksmith cylinder, the update of the CHU site key management software, the plans studies in the context of future work operations. are detailed in the BPU Annex to the CCP. The expected services include the inventory of the existing; the prolocation of organization chart by sites, supply, installation of keys and locksmith cylinder, updating of key management software for CHU sites, studies on plans in the framework of future work operations.

Place of execution: the services concern all sites of the CHU Reunion:

- North CHFG site in Saint-Denis,

- southern sites GHSR: main site of Saint-Pierre and external peripheral sites (Saint-Joseph, Saint-Louis, Saint-Paul, Saint-Leu, CiLaos, Buffer).

Variants:

Variants are allowed within the limits of the requirements described in the special clauses (minimum expected characteristics).

Minimum requirements:

Candidates will present a maximum of one variant in relation to the specifications. Expected products (reinforced cylinders and keys of a higher level and those of medium level-of security).

Options within the meaning of Community law / complementary purchases:

If necessary, non-substantial changes to the market will be possible upon simple written decision of the contracting authority materialized by endorsement where appropriate under the conditions set out in Article 139. the decree of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets and the CCP; he may in particular have recourse tosupplementary service arches and / or similar service contracts if the conditions of appeal are met in accordance with the conditions set out in articles 30-i-4 and 30-i-7 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to markets public. Attribution Criteria:

The most economically advantageous tenderwill be assessed in accordance with Article 62 of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on the basis of the weighted criteria set out below in the regulation of the consultation:

1) price of supplies (50%) in view of the packing slip. unit prices;

2) proposed delivery time (20%);

3) technical value of supply (20%);

4) recovery and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous waste (10%).

LTechnical value is assessed with regard to the technical brief submitted by the candidates, for each lot to which it responds, which must expose:

1) a description of the proposed supplies with all the elements to understand and apprehend the product (10 points):

- the technical sheets of the lot (s) submitted,

- the catalog of the articles related to the subject of the market (following the-lot is bidding);

2) the quality of the service (10 points), with the description:

- of the installation,

- of the after-sales service,

- guarantees and the valuation of the waste (respect of the removal, recycling and traceability of waste)

Additional information:
