Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2, par. 4, par. 5, - 39, - 152 para. (1) or Article 152 3 ZVO.

Registered entrant in the Evoservis system is not registered. He logs in to the system using the access codes he has receivedinitial registration. After logging in to the system, my bidder in the Bid Overview Profile does not have access to all the data and instructions, including the supporting documents and the relevant attachments, after confirming the request for the documentation. The bidder will submit his offer electronically in accordance with - 49 par. 1 letter. (a) ZVO. Electronic offers will be signed by e-signature / UEZ. More detailson the use of the e-signature / UEZ are stated in the tender documents. In the case of questions, requests for clarification, the engagement partner will be able to communicate directly with the public service provider in the Evoservis system via the communication interface in accordance with part A. of the tender documents. In electronic submission, a scanned copy of the original documents is submitted. The successful candidate will submit the contract before signing the contractoriginals of required documents, or verifies copies of original documents. The contracting authority requires a security of EUR 100, 000. Detailed information on the composition of the security is given in the tender documents. The public contracting authority requires the execution of a performance guarantee of EUR 10, 000 per public servant's account in order to ensure the good execution of the framework agreement for the whole MoLSA.before signing the contract. 7. The public tender is carried out in accordance with - 66 par. 7 ZVO (so-called reverse public tender)

8. The contract is procured by a number of public contractors who, as a participant in this procurement, form a circle that includes:

(i) the Ministry of Labor of Social Affairs and the Family of the Slovak Republic in the position of the Central Procurer(ii) an organization in the founding and management capacity of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and the Family of the Slovak Republic, according to Annex 3 of the Framework Agreement. Under Section 39 of the GPA, the applicant may provisionally replace the documentary evidence of the fulfillment of the conditions of part time stipulated by the contracting authority by the Single European Document (JED). The contracting authority shall allow the tenderer to complete only thethe Globalny Statement for all the conditions of Part IV of the JED without having to complete the other sections of Part IV of the JED.
