The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the Ramcove agreement for the delivery of parking machines and the provision of related services is the supply, installation and commissioning of solar power station parking machines, including complete prepare PA for powering from sNN (dale only the PA) and the Supervisory Center (DC), which will communicate with the existing Central Intelligence System for Restless Transport (CIS), it is possible to connect the PA to the existing PA surveillance center operated by the Contracting Authority, according to the Technical Conditions for the supply of parking machines, which are the current documentation. The subject of filling public contracts awardedon the basis of the Ramcove agreement for the maintenance, servicing and operation of parking machines is the provision of the complete service necessary for the duration of the warranty and the provision of non-guarantee services, ie services provided for non-guar- anteed warranty services and service services in (see II.2.14 )

The subject of the procurement of the Ramcove Agreement for the maintenance, servicing and operation of parking machines is to provide the full service necessary for the duration of the warranty and the provision of the non-guarantee service, ie the service services provided to thenon-life insurance, and service services during the so-called "start-up" period, provision of prophylactic services for the duration of the warranty and after the guarantee period and the provision of other services specified in the Draft Agreement. or the like, unless otherwise required by law. Pursuant to - 77 (2) of the ZZVZ document that it isthe supplier is entitled to engage in the scope of the subject matter of the public procurement, unless otherwise required by such laws (Manufacturing, trade and services not listed in Attachment 1 to 3 of the Trade Act)

The Contracting Authority does not require proof of economic qualification. The Contracting Authority reserves the right under Article 104 (a) and (b) of the law, the right to sample and isaccording to the Technical Conditions, annex 1 of the Ramcove agreement for delivery of the PA to the selected supplier, see the documentation.
