This contract covers the establishment and maintenance of a time recording computer system and the management of personnel planning. This market consists of a single batch and consists of 3 positions:
- position 1: management of absences (for an estimated 5500 employees),
- position 2: management of presences(for an estimated 4000 employees),
- position 3: planning management (for an estimated 2000 employees).
The maintenance contract for each of these positions will consist of a 5 days / 7 contract of assistance. from 8:00 to 18:00 for corrective maintenance for which the bidder will make a proposal for SLA in its bid.
