Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality hereby provides a contract with expiration until 31.12.2018, with the option of extension for up to 12 months a 3 laps, including 3 different employment-oriented management programs for citizens The baths are close and laid off from the labor market.

There is a need for differentiated issues where there is a focus on coping with living conditions in both physical and psychological challenges, while at the same time having a job-based focus, where the goal is to bring the people back or closer to the ordinary labor market.
The 3 events that follow offered under the same contracts are:
Forl0b 1:
4 weeks of employment-oriented management for:
- NysyReported citizens in and outside the labor market.
Forb0b 2:
26 weeks of employment-oriented management for:
- Residents in resource management,
- Citizens in job-seekers,
- Illiterate citizens in Category 3,
- Activity-saving citizens over and under 30 years,
- Citizens Visiting Flexibles.
Forl0b 3:
26 weeks of employment-oriented management for:
- Integration Citizens. There are a total of about 147 l0bende places distributed on the 3 above previous. The elements in the 3 different outcomes must be employment oriented and additionally offer mastery, screening and be based on the cognitive method. There must be both individual and group leave for all 3 events.
After the deadline of the offer, the timely received offers are reviewed. In this connection, if it is desired to enter into negotiations with tenderers. In this case, the tenderers will be contacted via Mercell.
Safeguarding the negotiation, bidders will, on negotiating dialogue with representatives from the Labor Market, have the opportunity to discuss the offer in relation to the municipality's requirements and wishes but of course within the items described in section 2.4 to point 2.4.2. therewill be based on the tenderers' draft offerings and, via specific questions and remarks, will list the strengths and weaknesses of the tender draft.
The final offer is assessed on the basis of criteria described in section. 2.4 -2.4.2
Safer contractor does not wish to negotiate, offers will be received no later than 12 noon on 12 November 2013. The final offer.
