Image and sound transmission in courtrooms

A system should be implemented for the protection of victims / witnesses, which enables court hearings to be held in 2 different rooms. A video transmission between courtrooms and interrogation rooms is to be set up at 4 locations. therean audio and video signal is transmitted between the different rooms. These systems are permanently installed in the premises.

Main Site: The delivery location is the various locations of the cantonal administration. Exceptions are agreed separately.

General terms and conditions of the provider are not accepted.

Negotiations: No negotiations are conducted.

Verdriving principles: The intercantonal agreement on public procurement (IVOeB), the cantonal law (OeBG) and the cantonal ordinance (OeBV) on public procurement apply. The client reserves the right to award follow-up orders relating to this contract to the successful tenderer in a free process (Art. 7 Para. 3 Bst. g OeBV). If the order is not executed according to the tender or the contract after the knockdown, the client reserves the right to cancel the knockdown and to award the tenderer with the next best rated offer without a new tender. The contract with the winner of the tender is subject to the issue of the spending permith the responsible authority. The registrar intends to set a grace period of one working day by e-mail to request any forgotten individual evidence or signatures. We reserve the right to exclude offers in which several documents, signatures or other mandatory content are missing. Providers based abroad have a delivery domicile in to indicate to Switzerland to which dispositions can be delivered by post within the framework of this award procedure. Otherwise, the KAIO reserves the right to refrain from formal delivery and instead to publish the availability on simap.ch (Art. 15 Para. 7 VRPG, BSG 155.21). simap.chto be appealed to the Financial Directorate of the Canton of Bern, Muensterplatz 12, 3011 Bern. Any complaint must include an application, the statement of facts and evidence, a justification and a signature. The contested invitation to tender and tangible evidence are to be enclosed.
