Transmission, installation and maintenance of audiovisual materials for a crisis room and media room supply, installation and maintenance of audiovisual materials for the space of-crisis and the media room (social room), located Avenue de Wagram. This service is part of the real estate renovation of these rooms which will be carried out during the summer of 2018.
This market concerns the supply, installation and maintenance of audiovisual materials for the crisis area and the media room (social room), located Avenue de Wagram. This benefit is part of theframework of the real estate renovation of these rooms which will be realized during the summer of 2018.
It is about obtaining an end-to-end service with a high level of quality on both the materials as well as on their maintenance in view of the strategic and sensitive nature of the facilities concerned.
The tenderer must coordinate all the works with the technical environment of the site.The room of crisis is constituted of:
- The operating room,
- The room Strategie,
- The room Communication,
- The room Anticipation,
- The room Spokesperson,
- The Expert-Catering space.
- The Logistics Room.
- The Technical Room.
The space of the social room is constituted of.
- The operating room,
- The Exchange room.
- The Technical room.
These different rooms will be alls to the technical room in which all processing, image wall and control equipment will be installed.
