Framework Agreement on Telephone Services and Telephones

The City of Reykjavik Procurement Office requests parties to participate in a framework agreement, on telephone services and telephones for the City of Reykjavik and Social Housing (hereinafter referred to as the City of Reykjavik).

Section 1 — Telephone service, more specifically:

— mobile telephone administration service — managing mobile phone service,

— mobile telephone support service — mobile phone service,

— telephone administration service — managing fixed line service,

— telephone support service — fixed line service,

— voice mail administration service — voice mail service management,

— voice mail support service — voicemail service.

According to the available information, the City of Reykjavik had about 3 000 registered fixed-line numbers and about 2 200 registered mobile numbers in the first half of 2019. There are various uses of registered telephone numbers in use, cf. enclosure document 1. The City of Reykjavik reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of registered numbers without reservation during the contract period, and then payments accordingly change in accordance with the price basis in Article 1.2.5.

All services in Part 1, cf. Section 2.1, shall be included in the bidder`s bid price unless otherwise specified.
