Data communication Status Quo to SamAqua owners

The offer relates to the purchase of data communications services, accessories and associated services to the contracting entity.

The contracting entity considers that is economically most advantageous to offer 2 versusin the same area to handle a procurement process, with the greatest possible competition, as there will be major shift costs in current installations.

The two contracts will hereinafter be called "status quo agreement" and "development agreement."

Having the opportunity to could move commitment from the Status quo agreement to the Development Agreement, companies can change as needed and resourcese or upgrade sim cards / modems on target devices before phasing out the 2G or 3G network, if convenient and budget.

The Status Quo Agreement will include switching costs and have an assortment that fits one to one for the current situation. There will be an infinite contract with the possibility of withdrawing successive benefits for 3-month notice.

DevelopmentalOn the other hand, the languages will have an assortment of products and services that must be adapted to market development and meet the needs of companies in the future. Framework contracts will be valid for a maximum of 7 years with 4 years plus 3 x 12 months option.

Contract No. 1, "Status quo":

- Indk0b of existing data communications and telemetry services. This contract will be concluded in accordance withfor the total economic assessment including switching costs in relation to current installations,

- Existing 2G, 3G and 4G subscriptions for current telemetry / measurement devices

- Existing ADSL and fiber connections with current bandwidths. This contract will only contain a similar acquisition in relation to existing existing services.

The suppliers must be able to-Offer all of the product lines on the tender list for this contract.

The Status Quo Agreement will replace existing existing services, so that only agreements are made with current products and services, ie. no upgrades or new installations.

This contract will be included according to the total economic assessment including switching costs in relation to currentStallations.

- FFV does not offer existing ADSL and fiber connections with current broadband.

Contract No. 2, 'Development Agreement':

Contract No. 2 will be offered as a similar contract, with the option of extending services. This contract will be offered as follows and will contain the following:

- Purchase of data communications and telemetry services when upgrading or re-establishing installations

- Mobile telemetry / template devices with different data capacity (number of Gbyte data),

- Fixed data communication connections with a range of bandwidths,

- Option: IoT products and subscriptions.

Conclusion:

Safely, new products / services need to be acquired, this occurs in the Development Agreement. Thus, the contracting entity will gradually and over time move services from the Status Quo Agreement-Over the Development Agreement.

After an arraekke, the Status Quo Agreement will be canceled as all commitment will be transferred to the Development Agreement.

This offer is for contract 1 only. "Status Quo.". Tenders can be submitted on both contracts.
