The subject of the public procurement is to ensure the technical - economic and legal - regulatory support of the contracting authority in the preparation and execution of the selection procedures for the granting of rights use of radio frequencies which thein accordance with the Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and on the amendment of some related laws (laws on electronic communications, as amended), and other related activities under the conditions set out in the enclosing documentation. unless the contracting parties agree otherwise.
