The City of Turku Strategic Acquisition will be offering offers from the Turku City Business Center for Moisture Measurements, Indoor Technical Surveys and Valuations for the Period 1.1.2019 (target) -31.12.2019 .
The service provider performs at pimeasurements and construction measurements. The location of the holes in the humidity measurements to be taken inside the structure is carried out by the customer. The service provider will make a measurement plan that will be validated by the subscriber. The measurement plan must include a plan view showing the measuring points.
Measurements and reporting are performed on RT 14-10984 and the Sisaeilm Association-ry according to the Moisture Measurement Guidelines, and the service provider must produce a written report on the results of the research and the observations. The report should include internal and external moisture measurement data from the outside and inside. The humidity meter must have a valid VTT Environmental Certificate for the Moisture Meter as well as a three (3) year working experience of the humidity meter.
