The population forecast shows that in the coming years a population growth will occur in Herlev Municipality, primarily in Herlev south. This means that Herlev Municipality needs to expand its institutional capacity in southern Herlev. In this connection, the overall plan for prthe project on a new day care center and new professional premises at Herlev Byskole, department Eng has been politically approved in January 2019.

In the project at Herlev Byskole, department Eng, Herlev Municipality will expand the capacity on the day care area. The project also includes the establishment of a new building for professional premises, a new extension for staff facilities and renovation of the flea (Fyensfl-jen).a, that the old trade union must be converted into a new day-care center at the school, and the new subject areas must be established in a new separate extension. In the 3-storey high-rise (Fyensfl-jen), the science premises must be renovated and renewed. New common personnel facilities must be established in a new extension to the existing personnel fleet.
