Fleet class 1 includes 8 to 20 passenger minibuses. The standard route transportation is described in Appendix 2.

The tenderer must have a taxi or passenger license, depending on the size and type of equipment the provider has. A taxi license is required for a maximum car size of 1 to 8, a passenger license for a car of 1 to 9 or greater.the annual turnover is EUR 150 000 / year for the fifth (5) most recent financial year. The turnover must be made up entirely of the passenger transport sector.
