Optimization mission of the land tax on the built properties

Mission of optimization of the property tax on the built properties.

Market form: with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Assignment of a single market. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the Framework Agreement: EUR 500 000.00.

- the candidate may submit with his offer, the certificates justifying that the candidate has satisfied the social and fiscal obligations:

- attestation of vigilance,

- certificate n 3666-1, 3666-2 and 3666-3issued by the tax authorities,

- certificate of paid discharge,

- specific authorization or proof of membership of a specific organization to provide the service in the country of origin of the applicant.

- Appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks, - statement concerning overall turnover and turnoverconcerning the services covered by the contract, carried out during the last 3 financial years available

The application is submitted either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (available free on the website www.economie.gouv.fr) or in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). The contracting authority imposes the transmission of plies electronically. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer's profile. The transmission of the folds on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...) is also authorized. The choice of transmission mode is global and irreversible. Candidates must apply the same method of transmission to all documentstransmitted to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The fold will be considered if the download ends after the scheduled date and time. If a new mail is sent electronically bythe same candidate, it cancels and replaces the previous fold. The envelope can be duplicated with a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical support or on paper. This copy is sent under seal and must include the mention, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned. No electronic format is requiredeconise for the transmission of documents. However, the files will have to be transmitted in widely available formats. The electronic formats in which the documents may be transmitted are: .docx, .doc, .xls, dwg, dwf, .pdf, XP environment compatible Each piece for which a signature is required must be signed individual electronics-and conforms to the XAdES, CAdES or PAdES format. The only electronic signature of the fold does not carry value of commitment of the candidate. The security level required for the electronic signature certificate is the level (**) of the RGS.
